Abstract

This paper discusses library strategic visioning processes at Clemson University. Major themes for library advancement are identified. LibQUAL+™ emerged as a means of measuring or confirming progress toward the Clemson strategic vision. The paper outlines the use of LibQUAL+™ data to confirm previously identified areas that needed attention as well as areas of strength within the library.
