Abstract:

Presents the methodology used by a UK-based multinational banking group to develop its business continuity plans. Describes the stages (modules) in the methodology sequentially and shows how this modularity is a key success factor, enabling a project manager to complete a module - with specific objectives, tasks and deliverables - within a specific time period, facilitating effective management of the overall project.
