The journal will be the fourth of Emerald’s Marketing titles to be covered; regarded as a key indicator of quality academic research. The other titles listed are the European Journal of Marketing; International Marketing Review and the Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing.
The Journal of Services Marketing has recently reached its 23rd Volume. The journal is edited by Professor Charles Martin of Wichita State University, USA and publishes articles that encourage the advancement of services marketing. Topics covered Include customer policy and service; marketing of services; Marketing planning; Service marketing abroad and service quality.
Coverage in Thomson Reuters’ Science Citation Index will begin with the first issue of 2009 The Journal of Services Marketing is written for both practitioners and scholars. The research published offers unique findings and insights that contribute to the advancement of services marketing.
