Emerald launches Reading ListAssist, a free innovative service for subscribers

United Kingdom, April 2011 – Emerald Group Publishing is delighted to announce the launch of Reading ListAssist, an innovative service that brings together journal articles and book chapters from a range of disciplines in one comprehensive reading list package. This unique service was conceived as a workflow aid for educators, students and researchers, and is freely available to all subscribers.

Each reading list is assembled by subject experts to guarantee their quality and reliability, and can readily be used by lecturers in the classroom. It provides students with a high-quality research tool, helping to build information literacy and research skills. 

Nick Lee, Professor of Marketing and Organisational Research at Aston Business School, UK, and editor of European Journal of Marketing, commented: "This is an excellent initiative, and should help both authors to reach the maximum possible audience, influencing the impact of their work, and researchers and students to widen their coverage of key areas of interest by using the available literature to its fullest extent."
