| Extract: | In such a definition, the foundation of ethics lies on rationalism that sets the scene for interpreting whether a certain human conduct is acceptable or not. Such a choice is determined by the sway of common human reasoning, which now establishes human behavior or institutional conduct as ethics. An example is the ethics of pro-choice and gay-marriage, the impress on which to be accepted in many societies and nations has arisen by the political acceptance, and thereby, the condescension of the public at large to accept these ways as ethics. |
