Article Type: Publisher’s note From: Accounting, Auditing & Accountability Journal, Volume 25, Issue 1

In July 2010, as a result of some unfortunate errors introduced during the production process, Emerald Group Publishing published an incorrect version of the article “Ostensive versus performative approaches for theorising accounting-strategy research” (Accounting, Auditing & Accountability Journal, 2010, Vol. 24 No. 5, pp. 595-625) by Christina Boedker. While this was corrected quickly on Emerald’s database, these changes were not made by a third party that licences Emerald content, and therefore the article remained unaltered if accessed through channels other than Emerald itself.

Emerald Group Publishing would like to apologise again to the author and people who accessed the incorrect version of the article, and is pleased to confirm that the third party has now made the required changes, and the article is now available in its intended form.
