Maxim Training has launched Negotiation Skills on CD-ROM, a multimediatraining course for management and personal development that provides anapproach to help individuals prepare for effective negotiations.

As well as an introduction to the essential skills and strategies, the CD-ROMfeatures video interviews with expert negotiators from both small and largecompanies within the public and private sectors. It also includes dramatisedvideo scenes to illustrate key learning points and interactive exercises tostimulate and reinforce learning throughout.

The course provides a comprehensive three-and-a-half hours of material thatcan be accessed in one go or as a series of shorter sessions when required.Supported by a workbook "minder", the individual trainee can keeplearning points and checklists to hand for day-to-day use.
