Maxim Training has launched Negotiation Skills on CD-ROM, a multimedia training course for management and personal development that provides an approach to help individuals prepare for effective negotiations.
As well as an introduction to the essential skills and strategies, the CD-ROM features video interviews with expert negotiators from both small and large companies within the public and private sectors. It also includes dramatised video scenes to illustrate key learning points and interactive exercises to stimulate and reinforce learning throughout.
The course provides a comprehensive three-and-a-half hours of material that can be accessed simultaneously in one go or as a series of shorter sessions when required. Supported by a workbook "minder", the individual trainee can keep learning points and checklists to hand for day-to-day use.
