Europe's largest blast cleaning centre opens with Component Finishing '87 event. Visitors from Europe, Scandinavia, Pakistan and Greece, in addition to the United Kingdom, were present at the opening of what is claimed to be Europe's largest blast cleaning showroom and demonstration centre at Guyson International's Skipton, North Yorkshire, site. The company celebrates its Golden Jubilee in 1988, and the establishment of the centre is a major achievement for a company now recognised as a leading world supplier of component finishing and cleaning systems.
