Abstract

This is the title of a very important new publication produced for the Inner London Education Authority and available for others who want an up to date view of what should be taught about nutrition in secondary schools. It provides an excellent background of modern views of nutrition and is attractively presented with many very helpful charts, diagrams and illustrations.
