Log in with your Emerald profile account (if you do not already have an Emerald profile account, please register at http://www.emeraldinsight.com/profile/index.htm)
Search or browse to your article of interest. Click Abstract & Purchase to proceed to the document information page
Accept Terms & Conditions and click ‘Buy now’ where you will proceed to Pay Pal
On the Pay Pal payment page, you have the option to pay using your Pay Pal account, to pay by credit card (without using a Pay Pal account) or to cancel your transaction.
If you cancel your transaction, you will be returned to the Emerald website.
If you choose to pay by credit card, simply complete the personal details page and submit your credit or debit card details for verification.
Following successful verification, you will be see the Pay Pal transaction confirmation page. Just click the ‘Return to Emerald Group Publishing Limited’ link.
You will then be returned to the Emerald website where you will then be able to download a HTML or PDF file of your chosen article or chapter. You will retain access to your purchased content for 30 days from the date of purchase.
At any time, you can click the ‘Account info’ option to view all the articles you have purchased in the last 30 days and gain direct access to the article page from the links provided.
If you choose to pay by Pay Pal, enter your email address and password and click login to be directed to your Pay Pal account
In your Pay Pal account you will be provided with a breakdown of your intended transaction. The breakdown includes the title of the article or chapter you are about to purchase, the cost and your address. Please note that we do not mail you the article or chapter. You will download the electronic file once your purchase has been successful and you have been returned to the Emerald website.
Just click ‘Pay now’ to complete your transaction, or cancel and return to the Emerald website if you no longer choose to continue.
