Abstract

Coaching enables people to develop new individualised ways of working to increase their performance and the performance of their teams. A great coach will challenge you and enable you to find the resources within yourself to really do the things that you say you want to do and to enjoy doing them. Many people in senior positions find professional support through coaching to be the ideal solution to developing bespoke, flexible, personal training based on their specific individual needs. Selecting a coach is a matter of personal choice. However, it is paramount that you are able to relate to the person and that they will challenge your personal limitations to enable you be the success you desire.
