Abstract

Provides an innovative perspective on the subject of specialization. From the 1950s to the 1980s, the German management practitioner and consultant Wolfgang Mewes, developed what he called the “energo‐cybernetic strategy”, which he applied principally to managerial problems on a very broad front. His work is relevant to virtually any organization and even to individuals on a personal level. Discusses the theory which places great emphasis on the value, nature and use of specialization.
