Computer‐telephony integration
Abstract
Computer telephony integration (CTI) is one of the latest buzzwords. It is natural that the digital signals involved in computers and modern digital telephone systems should come together for mutual benefit – even if that benefit is only in sharing the same lines for economy. However, what is happening is that the opportunities for adding value to the signals are being recognized. New applications are possible.
