Reasonable care of small business to prevent employee discrimination
Abstract
Provides an overview of employment discrimination law, the benefits to small business to prevent employment discrimination and what the small business owners do to eliminate discrimination and harassment and reduce legal liability. Discusses the scope of employment discrimination, the related employment laws as well as the authorities and procedures for handling complaints. Concludes with some practical and useful suggestions for small business owners.
