Your first 60 days as head of facilities

Abstract

During the course of their careers, most facility management professionals hope that their responsibilities increase and eventually, they will be in charge of the facilities management function. If one is fortunate enough to have that happen, congratulations. This article outlines the issues one should address and the initial steps to take in one's first 60 days as head of facilities.
