Discusses the importance of managing the implementation of an FM plan, evaluating a company’s needs and constructing an FM plan that suits, tailoring the contract to suit both parties, setting up a communications system, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and planning for the unknown ‐ all considerations that arise during a tendering and negotiating process.
