Abstract
Provides a general overview of the creation of the Quebec national Library Web site. Discusses why it was started, the steps in its implementation, and issues related to content, design and technology. Considers future use of technology and the feedback the site has received to date. Concludes that development is full of rich ideas which are only limited by monetary constraints.
