Abstract

Pursues (from Vol. 4 No. 2) the topic of successful partnerships in the public service sector through a process of Total Quality Multi Agency Provision (TQMAP). Illustrates the approach with examples of MAP from Northamptonshire, UK in which the author has been involved.
