Keith Nichols (The Manufacturing Consultant Director at EDS, UK. He was formerly UK Marketing Manager (concurrent engineering) for Digital Equipment Co. Ltd and prior to joining Digital he spent some 15 years in shipbuilding, defence, electronics and CAD/CAM organizations. He has worked and managed various product functions including design, production engineering, support and marketing. He has first hand experience in moving organizations over to product teams and implementing “right first time” methods.
