Making visible: using simulation and game environments across disciplines
Abstract
Simulation and game environments exemplify effective pedagogical principles; enable students to manipulate concepts, principles, systems and variables; and are applicable to curricula across academic disciplines. Illustrative examples of simulations and games used for instruction by government, industry and academia are provided.
