Abstract

Explores aspects for the cycle of aging and dying, providing a personal perspective underpinned by empirical evidence. Addresses a number of key questions, including: “Why do people perceive themselves to be younger than their peers?” and “How do people cope with death?”. Explores the stages of dying and the essential tasks that go with it.
