Abstract

A Life in the day is mostly about what people do with their lives when they are well, but what happens when a black hole opens in our lives? We cannot get on and do things and the best that seems possible is for there to be someone available to listen to how we feel. Colin Edington of Voices Speak Out writes about how overwhelmingly incapacitating it is to have a bout of severe depression.
