Abstract

More than a third of HR and payroll professionals don’t know the number of sick days their staff take, how long they stay in their jobs, or the cost of recruitment, according to Eyes Wide Shut: HR’s blind ambition. HR needs to harness the basics of people information so it can start to contribute to strategy.
