(1) From ‘Child Care’ to ‘Adult Care’

Abstract

This article looks at the division between child care and adult care services. It considers aspects of the legal framework which are different for adults and children and asks what changes could be made to improve co‐ordination between agencies. Are there lessons that can be learnt by adult services from children's services and vice versa?
