Abstract

There was once a time (not so long ago) when management development was all about career progression, succession planning and not a lot else. You did your obligatory MBA in order to get that promotion you wanted then, once you reached the heady heights of senior management, you put all thoughts of “development” aside whilst concentrating on other, more strategic and profitable issues.
