Abstract

When you hear the words “corporate university”, what springs to mind? For many it would be names such as, Motorola, American Express or General Motors – large institutions that have spent millions of dollars developing their thousands of employees. But, contrary to popular belief, corporate universities are not exclusive to the biggest businesses and may not be as costly as you think.
