Abstract

Purpose

The purpose of this article is to offer a simple and usable framework for coaching.

Design/methodology/approach

The article is based on experience in Thailand.

Findings

The model is a convenient approach.

Practical implications

The model is a practical and usable framework.

The paper will help those new to coaching.
