Interview with Will Chadwick, Vice President UK at Tata Interactive Systems

Abstract

Purpose

The purpose of this article is to provide an interview with Will Chadwick.

Design/methodology/approach

The interview is conducted by an independent interviewer.

Findings

Will Chadwick is Vice President, UK of Tata Interactive Systems (TIS). TIS, part of the multinational conglomerate Tata Group, is a leading provider of learning solutions. Their product offering includes game‐based learning, simulations, web‐based training and courseware, and educational multimedia, and they have provided bespoke solutions for over 60 Fortune 500 companies. With development centers in Germany, Switzerland and India, TIS is at the forefront of mobile‐learning advancements, and is the only learning solutions organization to achieve level 5 status in both the SEI‐CMM and P‐CMM frameworks.

Originality/value

The paper provides useful information from a leading provider of leaning solutions.
