Cracks in the glass: polydrug use in rural areas

Abstract

We have already looked at the emerging crack and heroin problems in inner cities. But are the polydrug using practices catching on in rural areas? In this special research summary, we expose the spreading taste for crack among heroin and methadone users and uncover the familiar inability of services to cope.
