It has come to the attention of Emerald Group Publishing that Cross Cultural Management: An International Journal, Volume 20, Issue 4 contained a number of errors.

Due to a technical error, the order of authors was published incorrectly on each article.

In the article "Assessing public sector values through the tri-axial model: empirical evidence from Spain", pp. 528-543, an acknowledgement was omitted. The acknowledgement should have been:

"The authors are grateful for the generous support of the Junta de Andalusia and its employees throughout the development of this research".

In the article "Organizational values in the Brazilian public sector: an analysis based on the tri-axial model", pp. 578-585, the name of an author and an affiliation were published incorrectly.

"Rodolfo de Castro Ribas Junior" should have been published as Rodolfo Ribas, and the affiliation of Andre Wakamatsu is Instituto Presbiteriana Mackenzie, and not "Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie" as was published.

These errors have been corrected in the online versions and Emerald sincerely apologises to the readers and authors for these oversights.
