PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT IN PRACTICE

Abstract

To many organizations “performance management” is a way of summarizing their appraisal and pay systems; to others it is an holistic concept. Illustrates such a system which has successfully operated at Cambridgeshire County Council for a number of years.
