Facilities Systems — What of the Future?

Abstract

Argues that current facilities systems focus on operational data and not management information, almost entirely ignore money, and often require a significant degree of technical/computer literacy to use. Suggests that dynamic knowledge systems are the way ahead, and outlines how they can be achieved.
