Abstract

Investigates the difficulties managers face in implementing facilities management within an organization. Examines the managerial strategy thought necessary to emerge if facilities management is to have the impact on corporate strategy that it should. Concludes that the art of change is to be found in making use of understanding the contributions we need to make.
