Sheltered housing – the growing importance of management
Abstract
Points out that over recent years there was a significant growth in sheltered housing. Argues that growing complexity of regulations, a more demanding market, poor publicity and a slow down in the residential property market has increased the importance of management. Explains the role of the manager. Concludes that there is scope for further development, giving possible avenues.
