The quest for cost‐effective training

Abstract

Describes a return‐on‐investment study of a learning‐foundations course which seeks to help participants to learn more effectively. The study showed that this non‐technical, soft skill training was important and improved learning from technical courses and also job performance, positively impacting on profitability.
