Abstract

Cites 12 forces which have helped to create the new environment of the technological age and shows these as: knowledge; digitalization; virtualization; molecularization; integration/inter‐networking; disintermediation; convergence; innovation; presumption; globalization; and discordance. Additionally includes five levels of change and ten technology shifts plus two Figures. Concludes the key management ability is to be able to picture the futures momentum.
