Abstract

Purpose

This paper aims to review the latest management developments across the globe and pinpoint practical implications from cutting-edge research and case studies.

Design/methodology/approach

Findings

Two profiles for the ideal employee were found. First, a high-performing employee (HPE) profile was compiled based on the perspectives of managers, which can be used for evaluating employees and recruiting new employees.
