The publisher of the International Journal of Human Rights in Healthcare wishes to retract the article by Majeed Hameed Taher, Namariq Abdulkareem Muhsen, Luma Majid Hameed (2021) ‘Organizational health between theory and practice field research in the General Company for Petroleum Products’, submitted to the special issue ‘Business, Human Rights and the Environment: Implications for Healthcare’ and published in the International Journal of Human Rights in Healthcare Vol. ahead-of-print No. ahead-of-print, https://doi.org/10.1108/IJHRH-10-2021-0184.
It has come to our attention that there are concerns that the peer review process was compromised; as a result, the findings cannot be relied upon. The journal has not been able to confirm whether the authors were aware of this attempted manipulation of the publication process. Despite multiple attempts to contact the authors, the journal has received no response; the response of the authors would be gratefully received.
The publisher of the journal sincerely apologizes to the readers.
