Atotech's manufacturing operations in Central Europe
Atotech, the electroplating subsidiary of Elf Atochem, has recently acquired the Slovene company KTP, based in Podnart near Ljubljana.
KTP is a major player in the electroplating chemicals market in the four countries of the former Yugoslavia (in particular Slovenia and Croatia).
The acquisition will enable Atotech to accelerate its expansion in Central and Eastern Europe where the company has hitherto run solely commercial operations.
