The Behrizan Company, of Isfahan, in Iran have approved a slow extraction dip lacquer from Indestructible Paints Ltd., of Birmingham, UK.

Replacing an Italian product the Indestructible material ref. 31012 is described as a modified epoxy.

A production trial batch of 1,000 litres, delivered to Behrizan in October, is destined to protect and enhance the appearance of the company's high quality brass and gold plate door furniture.

Cured at 150°C, ref. 31012, a standard Indestructible product, is stated to easily pass the required 96 hours ASTM B117 salt spray and 2 weeks Bs 3900 humidity on both brass and gold plate.
