Following a significant upturn in business offshore USA, specialist pipeline “field joint coating” contractors Pipeline Induction Heat Limited (HQ-Burnley, UK), have recently established a subsidiary in America.
Operations for the company, PIH US Incorporated, are based in Mobile, Alabama, and on the Gulf of Mexico seaboard. This is a significant “development region”, where many offshore oil and gas field development companies have established their operations, to service the expanding fabrication sector for new offshore platforms and pipelines.
