Rolled Alloys, the international supplier of heat resistant, corrosion resistant, and high temperature specialty alloy products, has acquired Metals Aerospace International (formerly Harvey Titanium Ltd) a subsidiary of Metals USA, Inc.

Located in Santa Monica, California, Metals Aerospace International is a supplier of titanium plate, sheet, and bar along with other high temperature, high strength nickel based alloys.

The acquisition reaffirms Rolled Alloys commitment to continued growth in the aerospace market, adds to the company's alloy offering, expands its geographic base and increases its value added processing capabilities. Commencing on 1 October 2002, Harvey Titanium will operate as a division of Rolled Alloys.
