IMI Marston achieves another major accreditation

The Aerospace Groups of Midlands-based IMI Marston have joined the small band of UK companies who have secured approval against the Joint Aviation Authorities JAR-21 schedule.

Production Organisational Approval (subpart G) was awarded, following a rigorous audit by the UK Civil Aviation Authority who were, in parallel, themselves being assessed by the Joint Aviation Authority (JAA) Standardisation Group.

Comments Marston's quality manager, Richard Winstone: "This represents another major accreditation milestone for us. JAR-21 accreditation supersedes national BCAR-Chapter A8 approval and will be mandatory for all aerospace manufacturing companies in the JAA controlled European countries."
