Mike Andreae, 35, has been promoted from customer support manager to general manager of the Fluids Management Group (FMG) of Midlands-based IMI Marston (Plate 21).
He succeeds Dr Andrew Cave, who was appointed general manager of sister company IMI Norgren.

Mike's career with IMI commenced 16 years ago when, as an engineering undergraduate from Birmingham University, he was offered one of the company's sponsored engineer development schemes.
