Ladish enters agreement with Sino-Titanium

Ladish Co., Inc. (NASDAQ: LDSH www.ladishco.com), has signed a long-term purchase contract with Sino-Titanium, based in Baoji, China. Under the terms of this multi-year agreement, Ladish will purchase in excess of 1,200 tons of titanium ingots for its Wisconsin forging operation.
With this contract, Ladish positions itself as a continuing force in the Chinese non-ferrous metals market. Conversely, the alliance with Ladish expands Sino-Titanium's participation in the international titanium market. "Both companies will benefit from this long-term agreement," says Kerry L. Woody, Ladish's president and CEO.
