IMI Marston, based in Wolverhampton, has announced the purchase of its Aerospace Heat Transfer and Fluids Management businesses by Hamilton Standard of Windsor Locks, Connecticut, USA. The company will trade as HS Marston Aerospace Limited. The existing management team and staff will remain at the current site.
