Manufacturer of CNC routers and machining centres Rye Machinery (Plate 5) has announced major investment and growth plans which will dramatically increase the company's share of machinery markets outside its traditional niches. Already a major contender in the plastics machining market, the company is also said to be a proven source of cost- efficient solutions for machining large aerospace components in aluminium, carbon-fibre and other composites. With new initiatives and even more cost-effective machines, Rye Machinery plans major inroads into the aerospace machine tool market worldwide.
