Chemetall Ltd is investing further to centralise all operations at its Aylesbury office.

As part of the investment, Chemetall Ltd's Polymer and Fine Chemicals Division, which handles its aerospace sealant products, has closed its Knutsford, Cheshire, office. All Chemetall Ltd administrative activities will be conducted from the Aylesbury offices and laboratories from this date.

Chemetall Ltd managing director, Mike Watson, comments:

"This move will increase our operational efficiency and improve our customer service through central administration. Furthermore, the recently expanded laboratory facilities and staff at Aylesbury will now be more readily available for our polymers and fine chemicals as well as our surface treatment technology business."

Jane Beech of the Polymer Business Unit will be based in Aylesbury. Product managers Alan Bell and Harald Kahles, together with David Holland and Chris Kirkham, will continue to carry out their field sales management and technical support duties in the normal way, but using the Aylesbury offices as their contact base.
