Gena H. Laurent has been appointed vice-president - marketing and communications of Saab Aircraft Leasing, Inc. Laurent has been with the company and its affiliates since 1992 in various finance and contracts roles. Most recently she was vice-president - commercial for Fairbrook Leasing, Inc., where she managed a portion of the Saab 340 aircraft leasing portfolio. She earned both her Bachelor of Business Administration and her Master of Business Administration degrees from Marymount University, and has over 14 years' experience in the leasing industry.
In her new position with Saab Aircraft Leasing, Inc., based in Sterling, Virginia, Laurent will be responsible for handling all marketing communications and public relations duties for Saab Aircraft Leasing worldwide.
Jeffrey Saunders, former vice-president of marketing and communications, has resigned to relocate to New York.
